Bach, JS - Brandenburg Concerto No 6, BWV 1051 for 2nd Viola De Gamba - Peters Edition

Bach's Brandenburg Concertos were forgotten in a private library until 1849, but since their publication they've been among Bach's most renowned works. The sixth Brandenburg Concerto is quite unique, in that it lacks violins, instead featuring the viola de gamba. Scored for two violas, two viola de gambas, cello, and basso continuo, the concerto is unusually dark and rich in texture.
