This collection includes the piano score and separate cello part to arrangements for cello and piano of the famous Romanian Folk Dances by leading 20th century composer, Bela Bartok. The six dances, originally composed in 1915 and orchestrated in 1917, are all based on traditional Romanian melodies and are titled:
