Unsafe - Crystals not secure
As much as I loved the look of this mute, and the earlier models, these latest ones are just not good at all. I bought a few new ones for for my violins and violas because my older ones were looking a bit grungy, and on ALL of them the crystals are not secure. It's like the glue isn't set or something - the crystals can easily be moved with hardly any pressure. This makes them unsafe to use because the crystals could come loose and end up inside your instrument or stuck to the varnish. Total waste of money, and a hazard. Polly Mutes needs to fix this issue and/or recall these mutes.

Terrible
Never buy this mute. I got It in the mail almost 2 weeks ago. The crystals are falling off and it is cheaply made. Save your 30 dollars.
