Nice chinrest, but...
I guess nobody checked this chinrest thoroughly before shipping it to me. The bottom metal bracket had no cork on it at all. I called to ask about replacement parts and was told I would receive an e-mail, but that hasn't happened after a roughly a month. Luckily I had parts from my old broken chinrest so that I could actually use it.
