New Wedding Classics for String Quartet, Volume 1 - arranged by José Luis Irizarry - Davidi Music
Irizarri's arrangements are known for being reasonably simple yet interesting, and he certainly doesn't disappoint with this collection of wedding repertoire. This collection features classical repertoire that suites weddings very well, including The Swan and Havanaise by Saint-Seans, Sleeping Beauty Waltz by Tchaikovsky, and Variations on a theme by Paganini by Rachmaninoff. Arranged for quartet, it is possible to use this for trios as well.
For String Quartet. Published by Davidi Music.

solid wedding music
These are a great addition to the wedding repertoire. The arrangements are simple enough that you don't need superstars to play them. But they sound really good. They're also good for Trios. I've used them w/o viola, or w/o violin 2. They have easy repeats and easy places to cut off for processionals. I especially like the adaptation of the Vivaldi Spring. I like most of what this guy puts out.
