Ratings & Reviews
Good rosin for under $30
I used this rosin on a freshly rehaired bow, and it is a very good rosin. It's a dark rosin but in the light has a bit of a dark olive/jade color. It has good grip but it's not too sticky. Low dust. To echo what other reviewer stated it does wear off after 2 hours of practice. Works well with pirastro strings along with other ones. I've used this with Thomastik and Larsen strings no problems
Great Stuff
If you are like me and play violin a lot, but cannot afford the next level of rosin, then this is perfect. It is not too sticky that it is impossible to remove and not too light. It is worth the $8 more and it does wear off after a good practice. I recommend this!
My favorite Rosin
This is my favorite. Most versatile and dependable. Love it.
good stuff
I use this rosin when I am playing old time and bluegrass music. It grips well but wears off after 1to 2 hours of straight practice. Not too much dust but has a distinct pine smell while playing after fresh application.
