The Swan, originally for cello and two pianos, is the 13th and most famous movement from Camille Saint-Saëns' suite The Carnival of the Animals.  A suite rich in imagery, the graceful melody of The Swan immediately evokes the character of its namesake.

This version is transcribed for viola and piano, and edited by Harold Gottlieb. Published by Carl Fischer.
